Refund Policy

When you can cancel and get your money back, what happens once a filing has been submitted, and how refunds are processed.

Before we start work

If you cancel before we begin preparing documents, you receive a full refund. Write to [email protected] with your order reference.

After work has started, before filing

If document preparation has begun but nothing has been submitted to a registry, we refund the package price minus the work already performed. We tell you the exact amount before processing.

After filing

Once an application has been submitted to a registry or authority, government fees and the formation work are not refundable — the filing cannot be withdrawn and the fee is not returned to us.

If we cannot deliver

If we accept an order and then cannot complete it for a reason within our control, you receive a full refund including any government fees already paid.

Rejected applications

If a registry rejects an application because of an error on our side, we correct and re-file at our cost. If it is rejected for a reason outside our control — for instance a name conflict or a decision by the authority — we help you re-apply, and government fees may need to be paid again.

Recurring services

Accounting, registered address and similar ongoing services can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, and service continues to the end of that period.

Your statutory right to cancel

Where the law of your country gives you a cooling-off period — for example fourteen days in the EU, the UK and Türkiye — it applies to your order. Because a company is formed specifically for you and work often begins immediately, by asking us to start before that period ends you accept that the right to withdraw is lost once filing has begun. Until filing, the rules above still let you cancel for a full or partial refund.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Bank processing may add a few days beyond that.
