Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Yorkmark: what we deliver, what we need from you, payment, liability and how either side can end it.

The agreement

These terms govern the services Yorkmark provides to you. By placing an order you accept them. Yorkmark is not a law firm or a tax advisor; we provide company formation and administrative services and we say so whenever a matter requires regulated advice.

What we deliver

The scope of each package is listed on the country or service page at the time of your order. We deliver the filings and documents described there. Timelines shown are typical processing times, not guarantees — registries, banks and authorities set their own pace.

What we need from you

Accurate identity documents, a lawful business activity and timely answers to our questions. We may decline or stop work if information is false, if the activity is prohibited in the target jurisdiction, or if identity verification cannot be completed.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Government fees are stated separately where they apply. Additional work outside the ordered scope is quoted and approved before it starts.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

The annual service fee renews automatically each year, on the anniversary of your order, at the price shown when you subscribe and using your saved payment method. We email you before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your panel or by writing to [email protected] — cancellation stops the next charge and your service stays active until the end of the period already paid. Government fees are never part of this subscription; you pay them separately, at cost.

Third parties

Registries, notaries, banks and payment providers make their own decisions. We prepare and submit, but we cannot guarantee that a third party will approve a name, an account or an application.

Liability

We are responsible for performing our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the decisions of authorities or providers, for tax consequences in your country of residence, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using our services at any time; refunds follow the Refund Policy. We may end the agreement if these terms are breached or if continuing would put us in breach of law.

Governing law and changes

We publish any change to these terms on this page. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
