Pricing questions
Why is the registry fee shown separately?
Because it is not ours. Every registry charges its own fee and we pass it through at cost — no markup. Separating it is the only way to show you what Yorkmark earns and what the state takes.
Why does the price differ so much between countries?
Because the official cost does. Registering a UK Ltd costs £100 at Companies House; a German GmbH needs a notary and a commercial register entry; a Dubai freezone licence is an order of magnitude higher. We charge our own fee on top, and that fee also reflects how much local work each jurisdiction takes.
What are the yearly costs after the first year?
Whatever the jurisdiction mandates — a Delaware franchise tax, a UK confirmation statement, an annual licence renewal in Dubai. These official renewal costs are paid at cost in your panel, and we show the exact amount before it is due. Our ongoing services are separate and cancellable.
Can I add services later?
Yes. Everything in the add-on list can be ordered at any point, before or after formation. You are never locked into a bundle you have outgrown.
