Company formation is the full process of legally registering your business in the country you choose — from the name check and the filing to the registered address, the founding documents and your tax number.
Getting it wrong abroad is expensive. A filing rejected over one missing document, the wrong entity type that locks you into the wrong tax treatment, or a company registered without the address and tax number a bank will ask for — a first application in an unfamiliar registry, in a language you don't read, is where most founders lose weeks. Yorkmark files it the way each registry expects, so it clears the first time.

What's included
Every package is a fixed price and covers the full first-year setup — not just a registration certificate, but everything you need to actually operate and open a bank account.
- Name availability check and reservation with the registry
- Full company filing with the local authority
- Registered agent for the first year, where the jurisdiction requires one
- Registered business address for the first year
- EIN or local tax number registration where it applies
- Formation documents and an operating agreement or articles of association
- A bank-ready document pack for opening your account
- Digital delivery of every certificate and document
How it works
Choose your country and package
Pick a jurisdiction and a fixed-price package. Government fees are shown separately and paid at cost — never bundled or marked up.
Send your details
A passport or ID for each founder, the proposed company name and a short description of what the business does. That's all we need to start.
We prepare and file
We draft every document, submit the application to the local registry the way it expects, and set up your registered address and tax registration.
You receive a ready company
The certificate, registry extract, founding documents and tax number arrive digitally as soon as they're issued — ready to open a bank account and trade.

Who it's for
- E-commerce sellers who need a US or UK company to sell on marketplaces and take card payments
- Freelancers and developers invoicing international clients who want a clean, credible entity
- Digital agencies and SaaS founders building a business customers and investors trust
- Exporting SMEs that need a registered presence in a target market
- Non-residents who want to incorporate abroad entirely online, without travelling
Why Yorkmark
You can file most of these registrations yourself, but one wrong field, the wrong entity choice or a missed local requirement can mean a rejected application or a tax setup you regret later. We handle the filing for all 11 jurisdictions from one place, charge a fixed service fee with government fees passed through at cost — never bundled or marked up — and hand back a company that is ready to bank and trade. Yorkmark is a company formation service, not a law firm or tax advisor; when a decision needs formal legal or tax advice, we tell you plainly.
Which country should I incorporate in?
It depends on where your customers and banks are. Sellers on US marketplaces usually pick a US LLC; founders who want EU access with online administration often choose Estonia or the UK; the UAE suits zero-corporate-tax setups. Each country page shows the entity type, timeline and starting price — and if you're unsure, tell us about your business and we'll point you to the right fit before you order.
How long does incorporation take?
Between 1 and 15 business days depending on the country — a UK Ltd is usually 1–2 days, a US LLC 3–5, a German GmbH 10–15. Each country page shows its own timeline.
What's included in the price, and what are government fees?
Our fixed package fee covers the filing, the founding documents, the registered address for the first year and your tax registration. Government registration fees are separate and paid at cost — we show them up front and never mark them up or bundle them, so you always see exactly what goes to the registry versus what you pay us.
Can I incorporate as a non-resident, without a local partner or director?
For most jurisdictions, yes — you can be the sole non-resident founder with no local partner. Where a local director is legally required, such as Singapore, we arrange a nominee director as an add-on. We tell you before you order if your chosen country has any residency requirement.
Can I incorporate without travelling?
In almost every case, yes — the whole process is online. Only a few jurisdictions require notarization in person; where that applies we tell you before you order.
What documents do I need to provide, and what will I receive?
To start, we need a passport or ID for each founder, the proposed company name and a short description of the activity. You'll receive the certificate of incorporation, the founding documents, your tax number and confirmation of the registered address — all delivered digitally as soon as they're issued.
Do you renew the address and keep the company compliant afterwards?
Yes. The registered address renews annually, and accounting, annual filings and trademark registration are separate services you can add at any time — so the company stays compliant without you tracking every deadline.
Can I change the country later?
You cannot move an existing company between registries, but you can open a second company elsewhere and wind the first one down. If you're unsure which country fits, ask us before ordering.
